Full refunds will be granted to players who submit a written request to the Registrar by AUGUST 1st (FALL) or MARCH 1st (SPRING).
Any MEDICAL-RELATED withdrawals through the FIRST WEEK OF PLAY will be refunded MINUS a $15 Administrative Fee and MUST be accompanies by a doctor's note. There are NO exceptions. Please mail a copy of the original receipt to registrar along with the additional documentation.
